PROGRAM DETAILS
Our High School & Middle School Strength & Speed Program is offered YEAR ROUND to allow your athlete to join any time of the year.
The MS group and the HS group will meet at different times to allow your athletes to train and compete alongside their age group and build community with other athletes around them. Each class will cap at 20 athletes.
Our program contains 2 formats: "SPEED" Days and "STRENGTH" Days:
SPEED Days (Speed, Agility, and Plyometrics): Speed is one of the most important physical qualities an athlete can possess. This is why we are very excited to offer a class designed to help athletes develop game changing speed! During these classes we will also focus on agility, COD (change of direction), plyometrics and power!
STRENGTH Days (Strength, Power, Conditioning): These classes will be more weight room focused and geared towards developing the critical and essential STRENGTH athletes of any sport need to perform at a high level and avoid injury. Each one of our strength classes will finish with 10-15 minutes of energy system training (conditioning).

HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH: Monday/Wednesday: 4:15 PM - 5:30 PM
HIGH SCHOOL SPEED: Tuesday/Thursday: 4:15 PM - 5:30 PM
MIDDLE SCHOOL STRENGTH: Tuesday/Thursday: 4:45 PM - 6:00 PM
MIDDLE SCHOOL SPEED: Monday/Wednesday 4:45 PM - 6:00 PM

MEMBERSHIPS AND PASSES

Once your athlete has completed their first free session, we will get them set up with their official membership and they are ready to start training! We have options for drop in, 10-pack, and monthly renewing memberships.
Day/Pack memberships are good for 12 months from purchase date. You can work through them as your schedule allows. They are not auto-renewing and are good until all sessions are used or the 12 month mark.
- Drop In Class: $25
- 10-pack: $225 ($22.50/class)
Monthly auto-renewing memberships that are good for 1 month and sessions do not roll over.
- 8x/month (2x/week): $160 ($20/class)
- 12x/month (3x/week): $220 ($18/class)
- Unlimited: $300 ($15/class)
*All auto-renewing memberships start with a one time $12.99 Gym Enrollment Fee. This fee goes towards facility maintenance and upkeep. The fee will not renew monthly. It will be a one time fee applied to the start of any new contract.
