Join us for an 8-week training series focused on building strength, power, agility, mobility, and injury resilience. Each session is thoughtfully programmed to help you move better, perform stronger, and stay healthy. Led by our strength coach, Georgia, this series provides expert coaching and a supportive training environment to help you make real progress.

Meeting every Wednesdays at 10:30am - 11:30am

Where: Boss Sports Main Facility

This course is intentionally limited to just 8 participants to ensure every athlete receives individualized attention, detailed coaching feedback, and a high-quality training experience. Our small group setting allows for proper technique development, personalized adjustments, and stronger accountability—while still benefiting from the energy and motivation of training alongside others.
